Description

Rose Quartz is the beloved pink variety of the mineral quartz, renowned for its soft color and translucent quality.

• Rose Quartz (Massive): The most common, cloudy, and translucent variety. Its color is due to the fibrous inclusions and is generally stable.
• Pink Quartz (Crystalline): A much rarer form that occurs as well-formed, transparent crystals. The color in this rare type is believed to be caused by irradiation acting on trace amounts of aluminum and phosphorus within the crystal structure, and it can fade with prolonged exposure to sunlight.
